- Assist the Chef de Partie in preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes according to 5[ hotel standards.
- Ensure kitchen hygiene, food safety, and proper storage of ingredients.
- Supervise junior kitchen staff or commis as assigned.
- Support inventory management, portion control, and menu consistency.
