Montessori Centre Manager (AMS/AMI certified)
Sand and Sea Montessori is seeking an experienced and passionate
Montessori Centre Manager
to lead our authentic Montessori Early Childhood Centre in Dubai.All nationalities are welcome.
Requirements:
AMS / AMI Montessori Diploma or any
affiliated Montessori qualification
KHDA approval
withCACHE Level 5
(Managerial requirement) Must be fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage. Enthusiastic, Loving, gentle, caring, joyful & a responsible personality with a genuine passion for working with children. In-depth knowledge ofMontessori philosophy, pedagogy, and methodology
Strong experience in Montessoricurriculum planning & coordination
Excellentteam management, leadership, and communication skills
Experience inadmissions, enrollments, and parent relations.
Ability to plan and implementmarketing strategies
