Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Receive, record, classify, collect additional information and perform call screening;
- Carry out the attendance of the call based on procedures;
- Follow up on calls forwarded to other areas;
- Record information on the services performed;
- Carry out daily follow-up routines;
- Receive, evaluate and classify alerts/events from monitoring systems.
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux versions;
- Diploma OR Certifications Required
- Desire to learn and develop professionally.
