Moh Registered Nurse

Job Description
The Site/Industrial Nurse is responsible for promoting and maintaining the health and well-being of employees at the worksite. The nurse provides first aid, manages workplace injuries and illnesses, assists in health surveillance programs, and promotes occupational health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide immediate medical attention to employees in case of injury or illness on-site. Maintain medical records and ensure proper documentation of incidents, treatments, and follow-ups. Coordinate with hospitals or clinics for further treatment of injured employees when necessary. Conduct regular health checks and monitor workers for occupational health risks. Assist in the implementation of health and safety policies and risk assessments. Educate employees on general health and safety practices, hygiene, and preventive care. Manage and maintain the on-site clinic and medical supplies. Support emergency preparedness planning and drills. Collaborate with HR and HSE departments in reporting and managing workplace health issues. Participate in health and wellness programs and vaccination campaigns if required.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
