Requirements & Responsibilities: - \xc2\xb7 Valid MOH License \xc2\xb7 Education: Graduation in Nursing \xc2\xb7 Experience: 2-4 years nursing relevant experience .Proficiency in English and Hindi \xc2\xb7 Professionalism, Attention to Detail, Critical Thinking, Compassion, Communication, Flexibility & Time Management \xc2\xb7 Manages patients care in allocated area ensuring good standard of care provided \xc2\xb7 To ensure evidence-based patient care practices are followed as per clinical standards \xc2\xb7 To ensure positive patient experiences by developing employees and creating an environment that enables team engagement \xc2\xb7 Maintains confidentiality of patient\xe2\x80\x99s records and updates all relevant patient documentation/medical records as per hospital policy and procedure. \xc2\xb7 Familiarity with professional and technical emerging knowledge \xc2\xb7 Adhering to and maintaining MOH guidelines / regulations \xc2\xb7 Nurture a compassionate environment by providing psychological support \xc2\xb7 Prepare patients for examinations and perform routine diagnostic checks \xc2\xb7 Monitor and record patient\xe2\x80\x99s condition and document provided care services \xc2\xb7 Excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to keep detailed records. \xc2\xb7 Facilitates and delivers quality nursing care coordinate and manage the environment in which the care is delivered Assists to establish and control the support the implementation of standards of nursing practice and guidelines of care Adheres to Patient Rights education and statutory requirement Candidate must be available in the UAE for a face-to-face interview Job Types: Permanent, Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
