Job Description
Hiring MOH Optometrist for Company Retail Store for Sharjah, UAE
- Greet the customer, gather information on the presenting complaint and the history of the presenting complaint and other medical history
- Perform the eye examinations as per the defined 20 step framework to diagnose the condition effectively
- Undertake detailed counseling of the customers on the diagnosed refractory condition and recommend the best refractory solution
- Guide the customers in the selection of frames, lenses, etc. that is best suited for the condition diagnosed
- Undertake the pre & post fitting QC for the lenses to ensure that its as per the standards.
- Guide the customers on the usage of contact lenses, specialty lenses, disposables, etc. to ensure that customer is acquainted on proper usage
- Undertake re-examination of the customers presenting with issues on prescribed product and recommend / provide modified solutions as per the requirement
