Role Responsibilities: To ensure proper acquisition of service modernization (Old AC equipment replacement) opportunities and meeting financial targets. Prepares the monthly service modernization sales forecast according to the Service requirements and presents it to management. Executes customer visit schedules on periodic basis. Interact with customers to increase sales, increase market share, increase product awareness, and educate customers. Prepares required technical reports (AC Equipment estimation / selection report, technical enhancement report and build ROI benefits) with the technical team and delivers to customers. Prepare RFQ for the subcontractors if required. Execute the signed contracts in the customer location with the coordination with the technical team.

Minimum Requirements: Mechanical Engineering degree. Minimum 2 - 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in English. Sales and negotiation skills. Experience in the HVAC industry.
