We are currently recruiting for Mobile/Online Banking Consultant role for our client.
- Job title - Mobile/Online Banking Consultant
- Location - Abu Dhabi
- Duration - 6 Months
- Requirement - Immediate (Candidates readily available to join on short notice will be given preference)
- Handle digital banking customer queries/complaints send by Contact Center/branches/other departments.
- Manage channel enhancement initiatives/projects for Digital Banking.
- Co-ordinate with Technology team/Other departments on Digital enhancements.
- Analyze customer complaints/feedbacks and identify area of improvement.
- Prepare User stories/BRD/SOP documents.
- Handle Digital Banking BAU/operation tasks.
- 3-4 years of experience in handling Digital Banking customer queries/complaints.
- Experience in medium/large projects on system/process enhancements.
- Banking and Financial Services domain knowledge is must.
- Prior experience in Banking Core System Temenos (T24) and Cards System FirstVision is preferable.
- Good communication skills.
- Advanced skill in MS office (Excel, Power Point and Word).
- Strong self-management and multi-tasking skills.
- Exposure to working on Agile projects
- Experience in JIRA
