Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Vehicle Technician specializing in commercial vehicles to carry out on-site diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance. This role involves attending breakdowns, servicing vehicles at customer locations, and ensuring timely and efficient support for commercial fleet operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in commercial vehicles. Perform preventive maintenance, routine servicing, and repairs at customer sites or roadside. Attend emergency breakdown calls and provide quick troubleshooting solutions. Inspect key components such as engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, and electrical systems. Use advanced diagnostic tools and software to identify faults. Prepare accurate service reports, job cards, and maintenance records. Ensure all work is completed according to manufacturer and safety standards. Communicate repair needs and recommendations professionally to customers. Coordinate with the parts and service team for required components. Deliver excellent customer service during on-site visits.

Requirements:

ITI/Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering. 3-5 years' experience as a Commercial Vehicle Technician or Mobile Technician. Strong technical knowledge of diesel engines and commercial vehicle systems. Ability to perform independent on-site repairs and troubleshooting. Valid UAE Driving License (preferred). Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel and respond to breakdown calls as needed.
