Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and skilled

Technician cum Bike Rider

to join our growing JustRepair team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for repairing mobile devices and other electronics, while also handling pick-up and drop-off services for customer devices using a company bike.

Key Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic checks and repairs on smartphones, tablets, laptops, and other electronic devices. Handle pick-up and drop-off of customer devices safely and on time using the company bike. Maintain accurate repair logs, customer receipts, and delivery records. Ensure customer satisfaction through professional behavior and quality service. Communicate repair status and timelines to customers and internal team. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the repair workspace. Follow safety procedures while riding and during device handling. Assist in on-site repairs as scheduled by the support team.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in mobile/laptop repair or related technical field. Valid UAE motorcycle license (mandatory). Good knowledge of Android and iOS device repair (screen, battery, charging port, camera, etc.). Familiarity with tools and diagnostic equipment used in electronics repair. Strong customer service and communication skills. Basic English or Hindi/Urdu communication skills (Arabic is a plus). Must be punctual, responsible, and trustworthy.

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
