10 Nos. Mobile Crane Operators Required for Leading International Contractor in Dubai, UAE

Our client:

A leading international contracting company needs experienced Mobile Crane Operators to support our infrastructure projects across the UAE, including highways, interchanges, and bridge structures. The operator will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of mobile cranes to lift, move, and position construction materials in line with UAE safety regulations and project specifications.

Qualifications & Experience:

Locally available in UAE Valid UAE Heavy Equipment Operator License (Category 8) is mandatory. Experience operating mobile cranes on infrastructure, roads, or bridge construction projects in UAE Proven ability to operate cranes with lifting capacities of 50 to 200 tons or more. Familiar with Dubai Municipality, RTA, and ADNOC lifting guidelines (preferred). Ability to understand and execute complex lift plans under supervision. Fluency in Hindi, Urdu, or basic English is preferred for safety communication.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate mobile cranes (e.g., truck-mounted, rough terrain, all-terrain) Conduct daily inspections and routine maintenance of crane equipment Execute lifting operations for heavy structural components such as precast concrete girders, bridge decks, barriers, and reinforcement cages. Coordinate with riggers and signalmen to ensure safe lifting operations. Read/understand lift plans, load charts, and follow instructions from site engineers or lifting supervisors. Ensure compliance with UAE safety laws, company HSE policies, and site regulations at all times.
Working Conditions:

Site-based work across various emirates: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, etc. 6-day work week, 10-12 hours per shift, overtime as required
