Operate mobile cranes to lift, move, and position loads according to job plans and instructions
Inspect crane equipment before, during, and after operation to ensure safe working condition
Set up cranes, including stabilizers and outriggers, on various terrains
Follow load charts, rigging plans, and safety regulations at all times
Communicate clearly with riggers, signal persons, and supervisors
Monitor weather and site conditions to ensure safe crane operation
Perform basic maintenance and report mechanical issues promptly
Comply with company policies, local regulations, and safety standards
Maintain accurate records of crane operations and inspections
