to operate and maintain a 50-ton crane safely and efficiently. The operator will be responsible for lifting, moving, and positioning heavy materials and equipment in accordance with safety standards and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate a 50-ton mobile crane to lift, move, position, and reposition loads.
Conduct pre-operation inspections and routine maintenance checks on the crane to ensure safety and functionality.
Follow all safety regulations and company procedures while operating the crane.
Work closely with site supervisors, riggers, and signalmen to ensure smooth and safe lifting operations.
Identify and report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
Ensure the crane is properly set up, leveled, and stabilized before lifting operations.
Maintain accurate records of operations, including daily equipment checklists and lifting logs.
Assist in loading and unloading materials as required.
Perform minor troubleshooting or adjustments when necessary.
Comply with company health, safety, and environmental policies.
Requirements:
Valid UAE
Crane Operator License
(RTA / MOIAT / relevant authority).
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
operating a 50-ton (or similar capacity) mobile crane.
Strong understanding of crane load charts, lifting plans, and rigging principles.
Ability to interpret hand signals and follow verbal instructions accurately.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying conditions.
Commitment to workplace safety and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in
construction, logistics, or industrial projects

Knowledge of

Certification in
Safety / Rigging / Lifting Operations
is an advantage.
