We are looking for a skilled and safety-driven Mobile Crane Operator to operate hydraulic and lattice boom cranes on wheels or tracks to lift, move, and position heavy loads at various job sites. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of mobile crane operations, load charts, and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate mobile cranes to lift, move, position, and place materials and equipment.
Conduct pre-operation inspections and ensure equipment is in safe working condition.
Interpret load charts, lift plans, and site layouts.
Work closely with riggers, signal persons, and site supervisors to execute lifts safely.
Set up crane configurations based on job requirements.
Follow all site safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
Maintain accurate records of lifts, inspections, and maintenance.
Requirements:
Valid crane operator certification (e.g., NCCCO Mobile Crane Operator license).
Proven experience operating mobile cranes (e.g., hydraulic, all-terrain, rough terrain).
Understanding of rigging techniques, load dynamics, and lift safety.
Ability to read and interpret load charts and lifting plans.
Excellent coordination, spatial awareness, and communication skills.
Physical ability to operate equipment for extended periods and work in outdoor environments.
