Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic
WPS Onboarding Promoters
to join thee& money team
. In this role, you will help drive awareness and adoption of the e& money app by assisting blue-collar workers in registering for salary disbursement services (WPS and V-IBAN). You will play a key role in supporting outreach campaigns, providing guidance on app usage, and ensuring a smooth onboarding journey.Responsibilities
Educate workers on how to download, register, and use the
e& money mobile app
. Explain product benefits includingsalary transfer (WPS), V-IBAN, and prepaid card features
. Handle basic customer questions and direct unresolved issues to the call center or supervisors. Record onboarding activities and submit daily/weekly reports. Actively participate in field promotions, awareness drives, and campaign activities. Collaborate with e& money internal teams and channel partners for campaign execution.Requirements
1-2 years of field promotion, sales, or fintech experience preferred. Knowledge of
mobile apps, fintech solutions, or digital onboarding
. Good communication skills inEnglish and Hindi/Urdu
(other languages are a plus). Ability to send professional emails and maintain basic reporting.Languages
