Job Description

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Mixologist/Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of drinks, managing beverage stations both in our shop and at catering events, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and specialty drinks Manage and maintain the bar area, ensuring cleanliness and organization Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with customers and taking drink orders Assist with setting up and breaking down catering beverage stations Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Maintain knowledge of current drink trends and techniques Collaborate with team members to provide a seamless customer experience

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a mixologist, bartender, or server in a fast-paced environment Ability to craft a variety of cocktails and mocktails Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of health and safety standards related to food and beverage handling Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Passion for creating quality drinks and delivering outstanding service

Preferred Skills:

Certification in Mixology or Bartending (optional but a plus) Previous experience with catering events

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
