JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for the preparation of high-quality beverage orders to achieve optimal departmental profitability, quality service and standards, and guest satisfaction

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Prepare hot and cold beverage orders in accordance with the prescribed recipe and presentation techniques, checked for accuracy, and served in a timely manner

2. Prepare beverage by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks, such as, macchiato, expresso, cafe latte, and cappuccino

3. Prepare different kind of latte art for coffees with creativity and style

4. Mix and garnish cold beverages according to prescribed recipe and presentation

5. Mix and serve extensive range of ingredients including bitters, soda, water, sugar/syrup, and fruits to create beverages that fit the guests' taste preferences

6. Responsible for the mise-en-place including peeling, slicing, and pitting fruit for garnishing drinks

7. Ensure that the opening and closing checklists are being followed

8. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all beverage menu and provide guests accurate information and current promotion

9. Ensure that all bar equipment is operational and functional

10. Perform all necessary tasks in accordance with departmental policy and standard

11. Monitoring inventory and informing the Bar Supervisor/Manager about products that are about to go out of stock or expire

12. Responsible for labeling and stocking all ingredients, ensuring that FIFO is being followed

13. Checking products for quality and identifying damaged goods

14. Ensure minimum wastage, breakage, and spoilage

15. Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures and follow health and safety practices at all times

16. Carry out additional tasks as instructed by the Management

JOB SPECIFICATION

1. With 2-3 years of relevant experience in Hospitality or F&B field

2. Good working knowledge in POS system

3. Creative, innovative, and passion for delivering exceptional level of customer satisfaction

4. Pleasant and professional personality, demonstrate ability to work under pressure

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
