We are seeking a talented and passionate Mixologist to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our bar staff, you will be responsible for creating exceptional cocktails, providing outstanding customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our establishment.

Craft and serve a wide range of classic and innovative cocktails using premium spirits and fresh ingredients Develop new and unique cocktail recipes that align with our bar's concept and clientele preferences Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests and making personalized recommendations Collaborate with the kitchen team to create complementary food and cocktail pairings Train and mentor junior bar staff on cocktail preparation techniques and customer service standards Manage inventory, place orders, and maintain stock levels of spirits, mixers, and bar supplies Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and innovative mixology techniques Ensure compliance with local liquor laws and regulations in Dubai Participate in special events, promotions, and cocktail competitions to enhance the bar's reputation


Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in craft cocktail programs At least 2 years of supervisory bar experience in a luxury hospitality setting In-depth knowledge of classic and international cocktails, spirits, and hospitality practices Proven ability to create innovative and unique cocktail recipes Strong understanding of flavor profiles and ingredient pairings Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic POS management systems Ability to quickly learn new programs and systems Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills Detail-oriented with a keen eye for presentation and quality Passion for the food and beverage industry Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items Knowledge of local liquor laws and regulations in Dubai Strong multitasking and time management skills Ability to work collaboratively across departments * Creativity and enthusiasm for developing unique cocktail experiences
