We are looking for a talented and engaging

Mixologist (Captain)

who is skilled in creating unique cocktails, overseeing daily bar operations, and guiding a high-performing team. The right candidate will have a passion for delivering top-tier guest experiences and upholding premium service standards within a luxury hospitality setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Craft and serve a diverse range of cocktails, beverages, and drinks tailored to guest preferences and brand guidelines. Supervise and inspire the bar team to maintain seamless and efficient operations. Ensure the bar area remains clean, organized, and hygienic at all times. Oversee bar inventory, manage stock levels, and coordinate ordering as needed. Train and guide junior staff in mixology methods, customer interaction, and safety protocols. Address guest requests or concerns with professionalism and promptness. Adhere to all safety, health, and alcohol licensing regulations. Partner with the F&B team to create new cocktail menus and seasonal promotions.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

High school graduate or equivalent. Certification in Bartending or Mixology from a recognized training institution. At least 2 years' proven experience as a Mixologist or Bar Captain in a high-end hotel or upscale venue. Demonstrated leadership and team coordination skills. In-depth knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage innovations. Excellent interpersonal and guest service capabilities. Strong attention to cleanliness, order, and hygiene standards. Flexible with working shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Fluent in English; additional language skills in Arabic or Russian are a plus.
