A little taste of your day-to-day:

• Designing and preparing unique and innovative cocktails including signature drinks that reflect the hotels brand.
• Engaging with guests to understand their preferences offering recommendations and providing personalized service to enhance their experience.
• Ensuring all drinks are prepared to high standards using fresh ingredients and adhering to established recipes and techniques.
• Monitoring and managing bar inventory ordering supplies as needed and maintaining proper stock levels to ensure smooth operations.
• Educating and training bar team on cocktail preparation presentation and customer service techniques to maintain consistency and quality.
• Adhering to local regulations and health standards including proper handling and storage of alcohol and ingredients.
• Assisting in planning and executing bar services for hotel events banquets and special occasions including creating custom drink menus.
• Keeping the bar area clean organized and wellstocked ensuring a pleasant environment for both guests and staff.
• Staying updated on beverage trends techniques and new products to continually enhance the bar menu and guest offerings.
• Gathering and responding to guest feedback to improve services and adapt the drink menu to meet evolving preferences.

What We need from you:

• Indepth understanding of classic and contemporary cocktail recipes preparation methods and garnishing techniques.
• Previous experience as Mixologist or Bartender in a high-end bar or resort
• Strong knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic ingredients.
• Possess a gracious friendly and fun demeanor
• Ability to multitask work in a fast-paced environment and have a high level attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Maintain positive and productive working relationships with other employees and departments
• Ability to work independently and to partner with others to promote an environment of teamwork
