Measure and mix fragrance ingredients based on approved formulations and batch sheets.
Operate mixing equipment such as agitators, pumps, and filtration systems.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of mixing tanks, vessels, and tools before and after each batch.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and labelling of raw materials and mixed products.
Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and GMP protocols.
Record batch details, measurements, and observations in production logs or ERP system.
Collaborate with the quality control team for sampling and testing of mixed batches.
Notify the supervisor of any inconsistencies, material shortages, or equipment issues.
Assist in inventory checks of raw materials and report discrepancies.
Adhere to environmental and safety regulations during chemical handling.
