Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee data collection, storage, and retrieval.
- Manage databases and design efficient data structures.
- Generate reports and analyze data for decision-making.
- Creating daily monthly reports.
- Monitoring queue & Reskilling agents.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of information systems.
- Implement data security measures and ensure compliance.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Provide training on MIS tools and offer user support.
- Collaborate with IT teams and departments for system upgrades and information needs.
- Technical proficiency in MIS tools and SQL.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication of technical information.
- Attention to detail in data management.
- Security awareness and understanding.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to adapt to new technologies.
- Project management skills.
- Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Previous experience in MIS or a related role in a call center is advantageous.
- Certifications in relevant MIS tools or call center technologies (optional).
- Degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related field.
- Certifications in database management or information systems (optional).
- Arabic & English (Required)
- Ajman (Required)
- Ajman: Relocate before starting work (Required)
