Job Description

Job Purpose:

Responsible for accurately entering, validating, and maintaining production-related data in the ERP system (Epicor). The role requires strong attention to detail, understanding of production reports, and the ability to create and manage Bill of Materials (BOM) and Bill of Operations (BOO) within the ERP system to ensure smooth production planning and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Review and interpret daily/weekly

production reports

and accurately translate the data into the Epicor ERP system.

2. Understand and work with

Epicor ERP system BOM (Bill of Materials) and BOO (Bill of Operations)

.

3. Create, update, and maintain

BOMs and BOOs

in the Epicor ERP system as per production requirements.

4. Ensure accuracy and consistency of data entry to support production planning, costing, and reporting.

5. Coordinate with production, planning, and MIS departments to validate and cross-check data.

6. Assist in preparing periodic production reports for management review.

7. Identify and report discrepancies or errors in data entry to ensure data integrity.

8. Support the MIS/ERP team in process improvements related to data management and reporting.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field.

Prior experience in

ERP systems (Epicor preferred)

.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production reports is an advantage.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data handling.

Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Pay: QAR4,000.00 per month
