JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Experience in IT with previous experience in Banking or Finance Industry.
- Acts as the first level of contact to the IT department, logs call from users and escalates all IT services related incidents.
- Performs any sort of MIS, reports and data analytics as and when required
- Provides technical expertise in IT related support.
- Responds to all cases and queries are logged through the Helpdesk as per the prescribed procedures in place.
