We are looking for a skilled MIG/TIG Aluminium Welder to join our fabrication team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in welding aluminium and other non-ferrous metals, ensuring high-quality and precise fabrication work in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform MIG and TIG welding on aluminium components and assemblies. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols. Set up welding machines and select appropriate filler materials for aluminium welding. Inspect and prepare materials before and after welding to ensure accuracy and quality. Conduct finishing tasks such as grinding, polishing, and cleaning of welds. Follow safety procedures and maintain cleanliness in the work area. Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment. Collaborate with fabrication and quality control teams to ensure project specifications are met.

Qualifications and Skills:

High school diploma or technical certificate in welding or fabrication. Minimum

3-5 years' experience

in MIG/TIG welding, specifically on aluminium. Proven ability to produce high-quality welds with minimal supervision. Familiarity with aluminium alloys, heat control, and distortion management. Ability to use hand tools and measuring instruments accurately. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.

Preferred Experience:

Experience in

industrial fabrication, automotive, or architectural aluminium works

. Knowledge of

AWS or ASME welding standards

. Valid welding certification is an added advantage.
