Now we are looking for a

Middle Product Owner

to lead the development and evolution of a sports-focused product line within our iGaming ecosystem. This role is central to driving product strategy, enhancing user experience, and ensuring our solutions remain competitive, innovative and impactful within the global market. The role is expected to handle business requests and address them with strategic focus.The role also mentors the Business Analyst to ensure seamless work flow and promote cohesive team collaboration.

Responsibilities:

Product Vision & Strategy

Contribute strategic input towards the product vision set for B2B platform using explicit data, customer insights, and competitor research - aligned with company goals. Help translate vision into actionable epics and roadmap features bringing value to the business. Continuously analyze AI market trends, user needs, platform performance, and emerging technologies to evolve product strategy.

Backlog Management & Roadmapping

Manage backlog-quality independently. Own, structure and prioritize the product backlog to maximize product value. Contribute to quarterly product roadmaps and influence strategic planning across teams.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Serve as a key link between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity of product goals and priorities. Clearly communicates scope, timelines, dependencies, and trade-offs with key stakeholders on routine basis. Work closely with engineering, delivery, design, analytics, operations, and business teams to ensure seamless execution of the product strategy.

User Experience Focus

Foster a user-centric approach in product design & development leading to improved UI/UX level. Understand principles of usability, cognitive load, and mobile-first design. Integrate user insights, feedback and behavioural patterns into product planning.

Performance Analytics

Define, track, and analyze product KPIs inline with business objectives. Develop the ability to measure and interpret KPIs (of active users, engagement, turnover and retention) using available analytics & BI reporting tools. Use data-driven insights to guide decision-making and validate product performance.

Risk Management

Identify potential risks across the product lifecycle and proactively drive mitigation strategies. Flag risks on time with desired teams to minimize business impact. Maintain risk/change log, keeping it updated at all times.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in product management

within iGaming or related digital product environments. Demonstrated success in driving end-to-end digital product delivery. Strong understanding of iGaming B2B digital products, user behaviour and market demand. Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Strong analytical skills and experience making data-driven decisions. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. Experience working within

Agile

methodologies & project management tools like JIRA. Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Product Management, or a related field. A solid grasp of technical infrastructure, architectural principles, and system integrations is an added advantage!
