Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate records for physical trades and hedging derivatives
• Manage daily profit and loss reporting and market risk exposure tracking
• Reconcile futures hedge positions, margin calls, and broker statements
• Oversee credit risk monitoring and internal compliance requirements
• Prepare regular risk, exposure, and performance reports for management
• Support enhancements and improvements to the ETRM trading system
• Coordinate with front office, operations, and finance teams to ensure data accuracy
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and trading risk policies

Ideal Profile

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Maritime Studies, or a related discipline
• Two to three years of experience in an oil and gas or energy trading environment
• Strong analytical, numerical, and logical reasoning skills
• Good communication skills with the ability to work across teams
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively in a collaborative setting
• Interest in building a long-term career in energy trading and risk management
