Job Description

Position:

Estimator (Mid-Level)

Experience:

3-5 years in UAE (Interior Fit-Out & Joinery)

Location:

Musaffah, Abu Dhabi

Working Days:

6 days a week

Job Responsibilities:



Prepare accurate

cost estimates

for interior fit-out, joinery, and architectural projects. Analyze

tender documents, drawings, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and specifications

to determine project requirements. Source and compare

material prices, labor costs, and subcontractor quotations

to ensure competitive pricing. Liaise with

suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors

to obtain the best rates and ensure timely procurement. Collaborate with

project managers, designers, and engineers

to align estimates with project scope and budget. Prepare

detailed cost breakdowns, commercial proposals, and tender submissions

. Monitor

project variations

and update cost estimates accordingly. Ensure compliance with

company policies, industry standards, and client requirements

.

Requirements:



3-5 years of UAE experience

in

estimation for interior fit-out & joinery contracting companies

. Strong knowledge of

fit-out materials, finishes, and construction methodologies

. Proficient in

Excel, AutoCAD (basic), and estimation software

(e.g., Planswift, CostX). Ability to read and interpret

technical drawings, BOQs, and tender documents

. Excellent

analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

.

Willing to work 6 days a week in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi.


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
