The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with MicroStation, strong knowledge of CAD design and drafting practices, and excellent instructional skills to train professionals from architecture, engineering, and infrastructure sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver
structured MicroStation training sessions
on weekends, tailored to corporate clients' project needs and learning objectives.
Design, develop, and update
training materials, practical exercises, and assessments
aligned with the latest MicroStation software versions and industry standards.
Conduct
hands-on demonstrations and practice sessions
to enhance learner proficiency in design, drafting, and modelling workflows.
Assess participant progress through
quizzes, project tasks, and feedback sessions
, providing actionable improvement guidance.
Adapt training delivery to suit different learner levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced) ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
Stay updated with the
latest MicroStation features, tools, and CAD industry trends
to integrate into training programs.
Maintain training records, prepare progress reports, and provide feedback to the training coordinator or client representatives as required.
Requirements:
Proven
professional experience using MicroStation
in real-world architecture, civil, MEP, or infrastructure projects.
Minimum
3 years of experience delivering MicroStation training
, preferably to corporate or academic learners.
Strong understanding of CAD standards, workflows, and productivity tools within MicroStation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to conduct
effective in-person weekend classes
(Friday, Saturday, or as per UAE corporate schedules).
Experience in developing
training manuals, project-based exercises, and assessments
