We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Teams Specialist to optimize and streamline our organization\'s collaboration and communication through the effective implementation and scaling of Microsoft Teams. The ideal candidate will be experienced in deploying and managing Microsoft Teams, possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and have a strong understanding of collaboration tools, 3rd party application integration, and security features within a business environment.

Responsibilities:
1. Plan, deploy, and configure Microsoft Teams across the organization, considering the specific needs of different departments and projects, with a focus on scalability.
2. Set up and manage channels, teams, and other collaboration features within Microsoft Teams to ensure efficient communication and information sharing, and facilitate the onboarding of new teams as the organization grows.
3. Integrate Microsoft Teams with other Microsoft 365 applications and third-party tools to enhance productivity, automate workflows, and ensure seamless collaboration.
4. Assess, implement, and manage 3rd party applications and integrations, working closely with vendors and stakeholders to optimize their functionality within Microsoft Teams.
5. Provide training and support to team members on how to effectively use Microsoft Teams for daily collaboration and remote meetings, including the utilization of integrated 3rd party applications.
6. Monitor and analyze Microsoft Teams usage, gathering feedback from users to identify areas for improvement and implementing solutions accordingly, with a focus on maintaining performance during scaling.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft Teams, 3rd party applications, and integrations, coordinating with IT support and other stakeholders when necessary.
8. Implement and maintain security and compliance standards within Microsoft Teams, ensuring data protection, access controls, and adherence to company policies.
9. Stay updated on the latest Microsoft Teams features, updates, and best practices, and proactively suggest improvements to the organization\'s collaboration processes, taking scalability and security into account.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Microsoft Teams Administrator or in a similar role, with a track record of successful implementation and scaling of Microsoft Teams in a business environment.
3. Proficiency in configuring and customizing Microsoft Teams, including creating channels, setting permissions, and managing integrations with 3rd party applications.
4. Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 applications and their integration with Microsoft Teams to enhance productivity and collaboration.
5. Experience in implementing and managing 3rd party applications and integrations within Microsoft Teams, with a focus on scalability and user adoption.
6. Familiarity with security and compliance considerations in Microsoft Teams, including data protection, access controls, and retention policies.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical team members effectively.
8. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft Teams and integrations.
9. Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. Relevant certifications in Microsoft 365 or Microsoft Teams administration are a plus.
