Prepare all administration documents required by the Sales & Marketing Team - MICE Coordinate all Fam Trips and Site Inspections as required Providing administrative support to the Director Sales & Marketing in the preparation of month-end reports, processing invoices and responsible for various general office-related tasks as required. Attend to all Sales & Marketing Department mail and maintain a correspondence database Assist with direct mail campaigns Maintenance and management of database Organize Trade Shows, functions and exhibitions where applicable and advised by Superiors and carry out travel arrangements Assisting in the preparation of sales trips including coordination of sales kits, gifts and travel arrangements Assist with the preparation of new products and services Work in line with business needs

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, Commerce, Economics and/or Marketing or equivalent from an accredited and renowned University. Fluency in English - spoken and written is a must, additional language is a plus * Minimum eighteen (18) months of sales and marketing experience, with an international luxury hospitality brand/company.
