We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our

The purpose of this role is to drive growth by promoting our fire and gas detection solutions, expanding our presence in the market, and turning insights into action. In this role, you will build strong relationships with key end users, customers and distributors, identify new business opportunities, and guide them from initial enquiry to proposal. You'll stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity, and play an active part in shaping regional strategy, product development, and promotional efforts.
This position reports directly to the Regional Sales Director of ME and India region, collaborating with the full spectrum of Energy team leaders, including product management, operations, finance, engineering, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
Promotion of the technical capabilities of our products towards key customers.
Collaborate with the Regional Sales Director on regional strategy to strengthen market presence and achieve growth targets
Stay updated on industry trends and provide regular insights on competitor activities and strategies.
Identify new distributors and develop account plans that support long-term profitable growth. Ensure timely execution and provide continuous feedback on progress.
Maintain a strong and consistent level of high-quality sales activity across key accounts.
Present product and solution offerings clearly both verbally and visually.
Generate new business opportunities from accounts and manage the enquiry stream from initial concept to proposal submission.
Collaborate with the estimation team to prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and presentations based on enquiry analysis.
Develop relationships with Industrial sector end users, with the objective of obtaining vendor approval for product range and regularly getting our product range specified.
Collaborate with the Regional Sales Director to contribute to new product development, forecasting, promotions, customer visits, and exhibitions.
Deliver timely, accurate reports on sales, quotations, opportunities, customer issues, and competitor activity to support business growth.
Preferred Qualifications:
We are looking for a customer-focused sales professional who demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills and a proactive "can-do" attitude. If you are skilled at understanding client needs, presenting clear value, and driving results--while working effectively both independently and within diverse teams, this role is for you.
Engineering degree with a minimum of 7 years' experience. Preferably in the Middle East Oil and Gas market.
Customer focused style, demonstrating success through a 'Voice of the Customer' approach.
Strong interpersonal skills, able to listen and ask appropriate questions to clearly define customer needs and expectations.
Proactive, "can-do" attitude towards both the role and customer relationships.
Able to articulate a strong value proposition and capture the maximum revenue relative to the next best alternative.
Self-motivated team player, able to work under own initiative as well as in a multi-cultural team spanning numerous time zones and cultures.
Self-aware, understanding the impact of behaviors and approach on customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
