Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled
Metallic Pipe Welder
certified in6G / GTAW (TIG) welding
, with proven experience inSuper Duplex, Duplex, and Stainless Steel
pipe welding. The candidate must be able to weld in the 6G position and perform work strictly as perapproved project WPS (Welding Procedure Specification).
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality GTAW welding on Super Duplex, Duplex, and Stainless Steel pipes. Execute welding in
6G position
in accordance with approved project WPS and QA/QC standards. Prepare and fit pipe joints before welding to ensure alignment and tolerance. Conduct visual checks and cooperate with inspection teams during weld testing (RT, PT, etc.). Maintain cleanliness of weld joints and follow all safety and quality procedures.Requirements:
Minimum
5 years' experience
in pipe welding on industrial or oil & gas projects.Valid 6G / GTAW welder qualification
(as per project WPS). Strong experience inSuper Duplex, Duplex, and Stainless Steel
materials. Ability to read and follow isometric drawings and welding symbols. * Commitment to safety, quality, and precision in all welding activities.
