We are a fast-growing brand looking for a performance-driven digital advertising expert to manage and scale paid media campaigns on
Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
and
TikTok
. Our goal is to drive high-quality traffic, boost conversions, and improve return on ad spend (ROAS) through strategic media buying and creative optimization.
Role Summary:
As our
Meta & TikTok Conversions Expert
, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns across both platforms with a sharp focus on conversions. You will work closely with our content, marketing, and product teams to ensure data-driven strategies and creative alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta and TikTok Ads Manager.
Set up and manage conversion events via Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and server-side tracking (CAPI).
Analyze performance metrics and conversion funnels to improve ROAS and reduce CPA.
A/B test creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies.
Build and manage retargeting campaigns, lookalike audiences, and prospecting funnels.
Collaborate with the creative team to brief, test, and iterate on ad content and hooks.
Stay updated on algorithm changes, ad trends, and platform best practices.
Report weekly on KPIs, performance insights, and actionable next steps.
Qualifications:
Proven track record managing high-performing Meta and TikTok conversion campaigns.
Deep knowledge of Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, Pixel setup, and CAPI integration.
Strong analytical skills and experience using tools like Google Analytics, Triple Whale, or similar.
Experience working with e-commerce, DTC brands, or lead generation (depending on your business).
Ability to write clear briefs for creative assets that convert.
Up-to-date on industry trends, platform updates, and targeting strategies.
Bonus: Experience with UGC-style ads and short-form video content performance.
