Roles & Responsibilities1. Document & Material Delivery
Collect, transport, and deliver company documents, cheques, invoices, parcels, and other materials to clients, banks, government offices, and internal departments.
Ensure all deliveries are made accurately, securely, and within the required timeline.
Obtain necessary signatures, receipts, or stamps as proof of delivery/submission.
2. Administrative & Office Support
Assist in filing, photocopying, scanning, and basic administrative tasks as assigned.
Support office staff by submitting documents, collecting materials, or completing errands outside the office.
Help with procurement tasks, such as collecting quotations or picking up small office supplies.
3. Bank, Courier & Government Work
Perform routine banking tasks (deposits, withdrawals, cheque collections, statement collections).
Submit and pick up items from courier services.
Handle tasks at government offices (license renewals, documentation submission, etc.) when required.
4. Vehicle Operation & Safety
Drive the company's 2-wheeler responsibly and in compliance with traffic rules and safety standards.
Perform daily vehicle checks (fuel, oil, brakes, tires) and keep the bike in clean, safe working condition.
Report any damages, breakdowns, or accidents immediately to the supervisor.
Ensure timely servicing of the motorcycle as per company schedule.
5. Record Keeping & Reporting
Maintain a daily log of deliveries, collections, travel routes, mileage, and fuel usage.
Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive or confidential documents.
Submit receipts, delivery notes, acknowledgements, and expense claims accurately.
6. Customer & Staff Interaction
Communicate politely and professionally with clients and colleagues.
Represent the company in a professional manner during external interactions.
Handle urgent tasks or last-minute assignments with efficiency and responsibility.
7. Compliance & Conduct
Follow company policies, dress code, and safety procedures at all times.
Wear proper safety gear including a helmet and reflective vest while riding.
Maintain punctuality, discipline, and a high level of integrity.
Ensure confidentiality of all company-related information.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
