JOB PURPOSE:

The role of a Engineer is part of the Core Delivery team aligned to a particular Technology service to create and deliver technology solutions to enable business value.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Knowledge of Azure Active Directory, Federation services, knowledge on Cloud IaaS, PaaS & SaaS setting up integration with other messaging gateway & security components. knowledge of O365 architecture for in consideration of Exchange Hybrid environment knowledge of setting up O365 compliance messaging policy. basic Knowledge on Microsoft 365 security products and features Good Knowledge & experience of Exchange online and Migration Experience Good Technical Skill is to setup & managing Veritas Enterprise vault. Good Experience in Enterprise email migration from on prem to cloud, On prem to on prem etc. Good Experiencee in Email migration through Tool from On prem to on prem Exchagne / on prem to office 365 etc Skill to set up exchange & Enterprise Vautl environment. Knowledge and concepts of Azure AD identity-based security and integration of other application through Azure AD. Good troubleshooting and technical experience on Messaging & collaboration services. Must have some Microsoft certifications. Knowledge of Active Directory, windows environment. Experience of Financial organization is preference to plan security controls on application. Knowledge of Exchange on prem, Exchange online, Teams, backup solution Good communication skills Good knowledge and experience of managing services, Incidents, Problem management, Basic knowledge of One drive for business, SharePoint online storage policies and data management. Knowledge Managing admin tasks of product like MS Teams, Exchange online, Azure Information protection, DLP, Microsoft Cloud App security. Experience of managing Microsoft Teams and connecting SAAS platforms.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

Responsible for the Technical design, build, implementation, of O365 products such as Exchange on Prem, Exchange online including Hybrid setup, Archiving solution like Enterprise vault, Azure information protection, etc. Responsible for managing Exchange Hybrid setup with migration of Office 365 mailboxes. Resolving all technical issues related to owned app and the integration with other supported platforms. Setting up Exchange and Enterprise Vault environment from scratch. Disaster recovery and Exchange role recovery Email restoration from Exchange online and On prem Complete end to End Messaging & collaboration ownership for technical support. Responsible to Manage all Admin activity and troubleshooting of major issues during incidents. Responsible to coordinate with the vendor to work in the RCA Work on the incident trending and look for the solution & automation to minimize the manual tasks. Managing End to End DR technical planning & execution for the services part of scope. Work on the tasks delegation and prepare SOP to handover the tasks to L2 Team members. Responsible for discussing the business requirements for the services integrated with Messaging & collaboration. Work with Internal stakeholders to discuss, plan, design and troubleshoot the issue. Manage L2 Team members escalation and align them with the direction for future troubleshooting Management of Problem Tasks and troubleshooting of the major issues... Responsible to handle Incidents, Problem management, BAU tasks

Years of Experience

Overall, 8-10 years of experience in messaging & collaboration environment- 10 years of handling technical configuration experience and min 5 years in M365 planning & Implementation experience

What technical skills are required to be successful in this role?

Good hands-on Technical Experience with Exchange On prem , Exchange online and Enterprise vault with legacy version understanding. Hands on Experience on Exchange on prem setup, office 365 Hybrid configuration , Entrprise vault and Migration Understanding with Azure AD, ADFS Good Hands-on email archiving solution implementation & troubleshooting. Background in Windows Desktop/server Deployment and Management Experience of office 365 security products. Scripting knowledge in PowerShell * Certifications - Microsoft 365 or similar.
