Atlantis Dubai is seeking confident and physically skilled performers to join its entertainment team as Mermaid Performers. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about aquatic performance, guest engagement, and creating unforgettable underwater experiences in a world-class resort environment.

Key Responsibilities
Perform as a mermaid in underwater shows, themed events, and guest interactions
Execute choreographed and improvisational underwater routines while wearing a mermaid tail
Participate in rehearsals, costume fittings, training sessions, and promotional activities
Maintain high physical fitness, swimming ability, and breath-hold proficiency
Follow all safety procedures, emergency protocols, and dive operation guidelines
Maintain dive logs, performance records, and report equipment issues promptly
Assist with care, cleaning, and maintenance of costumes and performance equipment
Ensure a safe, secure, and professional environment for guests, colleagues, and animals
Engage confidently with guests of all ages during shows and meet-and-greet sessions
Support team operations and perform additional duties as assigned by management
Ideal Profile
Certified free diver with a recognized freediving certification
Strong swimming ability with successful completion of annual swim tests
Comfortable holding breath underwater for extended periods
Previous experience in aquatic performance, synchronized swimming, diving, or dance preferred
Physically fit with ability to perform repetitive movements and extended water sessions
Comfortable performing before large audiences and interacting with children and adults
Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
Confident in written and spoken English with a professional and positive attitude
