Our client is one of the largest law firms having an international network of established offices in 14 countries and providing a comprehensive range of legal services in all areas of business law for commercial activities globally.
They are recruiting a law graduate having 5-8 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

Job Responsibilities

• Assist their clients with the appropriate financing for these mergers and acquisitions.

• Provide advice concerning the drafting, negotiating and performance of the contracts for the sale of portions of the companies.

• Assist domestic and international clients with a variety of corporate matters, including entity formation, joint ventures, licensing and the sale of businesses, and will be responsible for drafting and negotiating transaction documents such as stock purchase, asset purchase, credit agreement, merger, redemption, confidentiality and non-disclosure, IP license and secondment agreements.

• Draft of agreements and other legal documents

• Must have 3-5 years experience working independently or with a senior lawyer in mergers and acquisitions transactions.

• Substantial drafting experience is essential

• Be able to support closings and handle diligence for deals.

• Experiencing servicing public and private companies, private equity and other financial sponsors, boards of directors and special committees, and financial advisors is preferred.

• Fluent Hindi is mandatory.
