Job Description

This role is for Babycare? a sister brand of Miniso

Requirement:

1. Experience in maternity & baby, children's appareland footwear. Candidates with previous experience in well-known brands such as Yeehoo, Goodbaby, Kidswant, Aiyingdao, Lijiababy, Balabala, etc., will be preferred;

2. Experienced in product planning, new product development, and in-store ambience creation for footwear and baby care categories, with proven ability to manage cross-category and multi-SKU projects;

3. Market Insight: Knowledge of China or Middle Eastern consumer behavior and key retail channels for baby and kidswear categories, capable of producing market research and analysis reports;

4. Proficiency in English as a working language, with fluent Chinese (Mandarin) reading, writing, listening, and speaking;

Bonus points:

1. Familiar with Middle Eastern culture and retail landscape; overseas market experience is a plus;

2. Experience in in-store merchandising display or atmosphere creation, including POP material execution and fixture layout for new product area.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
