: * KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial

Manage BR display as per the set planogram
Influence and get the customers to increase the share of shelf
Effective usage of point of sale materials at the right place
Ensure availability of the entire range of company products
Maintain regular customer contacts through planned weekly/monthly visits
Coordinate with sales executive and driver to ensure prompt delivery in Modern Trade/General Trade outlets
Ensure spoilage percentage is as per the set standards for each countries
In the MT space, the merchandisers should take the salesy orders

Customer

Ensure FEFO (First Expiry First Out) products are prominently displayed in the customer freezers
Keep a track of near expiry products and report proactively to the sales executive and ensure liquidation as per the standards
Ensure our brand standards are maintained at the customer point

Internal Business Process

Ensure 100% compliance of the journey plan and constantly engage the customers with regular visits
Regular cleaning of the freezers
Daily reporting of the market visits/feedback to the sales executive/manager

People * Establish good relations with colleagues and communicate with co-workers, management and clients in a courteous and professional manner
