Job Description
1. Product Display & Shelf Management
Ensure proper visibility and attractive display of products on shelves.
Maintain planograms and follow brand guidelines.Refill shelves and remove damaged or expired products. 2. Stock Management
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishment.Minimize stock-outs and overstocking.
Report near-expiry or slow-moving items. 3. Store Visits & Route ExecutionVisit assigned outlets as per daily schedule.
Ensure coverage and maintain standard time per outlet.Build relationships with store staff and in charges. 4. Promotions & POS Material
Set up promotional displays, price tags, wobblers, and other point-of-sale (POS) materials.Ensure promotional items are correctly placed and well-stocked during campaigns. 5. Sales Support
Support sales team by ensuring products are easily accessible and attractively presented.Help in driving sell-out by keeping products front-faced and clean. 6. Market Feedback
Gather information on competitor activities, pricing, and new launches.Share insights with supervisors or brand managers. 7. Reporting
Submit daily reports including photos, stock levels, and merchandising status.Use apps or reporting tools provided by the company. 8. Compliance & Hygiene
Ensure all displays comply with health and safety regulations.Maintain cleanliness and order in product display areas. 9. Customer Interaction (if applicable)
Provide product knowledge and support to customers in-store.Help in driving awareness or answering queries during activations. 10. Team Coordination
Work closely with sales executives, supervisors, and the supply team to align on stock needs and promotions.Job Type: Full-time
