Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized

Merchandiser

to support our retail operations across various store locations in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring our products are well-presented, fully stocked, and accurately ordered at the store level. This role also includes engaging with walk-in customers, coordinating with store management, and supporting sales efforts at the ground level.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit assigned retail outlets regularly to ensure proper product display and shelf arrangement. Monitor stock levels and

place replenishment orders

in coordination with the sales team. Work closely with store staff and procurement teams to ensure smooth order processing and stock flow. Engage with walk-in customers, provide product information, and support point-of-sale promotions. Maintain relationships with retail store managers and staff to secure optimal shelf space and visibility. Ensure pricing, labeling, and promotional material are up-to-date and compliant with brand guidelines. Report on stock movement, shelf conditions, and competitor activities. Follow company processes for inventory tracking, returns, and order documentation.

Requirements:

Valid UAE

Manual driving license

and willingness to travel across retail locations.

Experience in retail merchandising, sales support, or store-level operations

(minimum 2 years preferred). Familiarity with retail procurement systems and order processing workflows.

Good interpersonal

and communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet assigned targets.

Presentable, customer-focused, and attentive to detail.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

We need Candidates who can Join Immediately and have a valid UAE

Manual

Driving Licience. Preference will be given to

applicants with experience in the UAE retail sector

and a strong understanding of in-store consumer behaviour.

Pay: AED2,800.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
