We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Merchandiser to manage product presentation, inventory levels, and promotional displays to maximize sales and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for aesthetics, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of consumer behavior and retail trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and implement merchandising strategies that align with sales goals and brand standards.
Ensure in-store product displays are attractive, well-stocked, and aligned with company marketing campaigns.
Analyze sales reports and trends to forecast inventory needs and determine product placement.
Coordinate with buying, logistics, and store teams to ensure timely product delivery and inventory accuracy.
Conduct regular store visits to monitor merchandising effectiveness and provide feedback.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Develop planograms and visual displays to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
Assist in promotional planning and execution, including signage, pricing, and seasonal rollouts.
Train store staff on merchandising standards and best practices.
