Merchandiser
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to manage product displays and ensure our brand presence is strong across supermarket and retail locations. The ideal candidate will maintain excellent relationships with store staff and ensure shelves are always well-stocked, clean, and aligned with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit assigned stores regularly to check product availability and display quality
Arrange products according to planograms and brand guidelines
Ensure promotional materials and displays are set up correctly
Monitor stock levels, report shortages, and coordinate replenishments
Track competitor activity and provide feedback to the sales and marketing team
Maintain good communication with store managers and sales representatives
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Merchandiser or in retail/FMCG industry
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Valid driving license (preferred
