Job Description

1. JOB PURPOSE

To maintain the availability and visibility in the modern trade outlets (supermarkets), ensure the visibility for all the listed products as per the targeted planogram and display location, using all the relevant POSM at all times.

2. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/KNOWLEDGE

Minimum 1 years of local UAE experience in similar role or 2 years' experience in related role.

Undergraduate

Familiar with the dynamics of the FMCG trade.

Maximum 30 years.

Good communication skills (particularly Listening) in English, Hindi.

Open to be relocated within UAE

OUTSIDE INTERACTION WITH:

Trade (Store manager/ Supervisor/Storekeeper/ Section in charge.

INSIDE INTERACTION WITH:

Team leader, SR, SS, SM, Sales Coordinators.

4. KEY DIMENSIONS AND RELATED JOB RESULTS

To maintain harmonious PR with trade and prompt & efficient customer service at all the times 100% compliance to journey plans. 100% Adherence to agreed call sequence and call objectives. To achieve set KPIs on Availability, Visibility (BDA implementation /or share of space as per our market share & planograms) Proactive management of near expiry and damage items in line with company policy, 100% follow the FIFO. Prompt execution of all the display drives. To ensure all-round availability of listed SKU's in every outlet with adequate stock-pressure. To manage trade-returns within agreed levels. To highlight near expiry issues well before expiry date (3 months prior). Ensure 100% implementation of all the visibility contract and promptly report deviance (if any) Reporting competition activities and observe trade/consumer trends To participate and share all survey findings (price, competition, category etc) To comply with daily reporting timing and duty hours. Proactive and prompt servicing of new outlets opening.

To internally liaise with all departments on relevant matters with good harmony.

5. OPERATING ENVIRONMENT

Working hours 6am to 5pm ,6 Days a week
