Job Details
Responsibilities:
Daily visit to retail stores as per route plan
Maintain excellent merchandising and hygiene standards as per training
Place orders accurately to guarantee stock level (items availability and no overstock) and receive the deliveries and arrange the warehouse and selling area storage
Verify the promotion activations, ensure POSM availability during promotion period
Manage the physical inventory counts every month
Monitor the Expiry date of the Self-service packs
Follow the GRV Process
Knowledge of the products and planogram
Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
FIFO of the products
Coordination with logistics team for timely delivery
Making and analyzing weekly and monthly reports
Report on the running promotions
Collection of receivables as per the payment term and coordinate with finance dept
Provide customer service if it is required
Take customer feedback about products and promotions
Requirements
Proven experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role within the FMCG sector
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in MS Office applications; experience with merchandising software is a plus
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
