We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Merchandiser
to ensure proper product display and availability at assigned retail outlets. The role focuses on maintaining brand standards, maximizing shelf presence, and supporting sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Arrange and display products on shelves according to company standards and planograms.
Ensure continuous product availability and prevent out-of-stock situations.
Monitor product expiry dates and apply FIFO (First In, First Out).
Check and ensure price accuracy according to approved price lists.
Implement in-store promotions and install promotional materials.
Conduct regular market visits and prepare reports on stock levels, sales, and competitor activities.
Build and maintain good relationships with store managers and staff.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of display areas.
Qualifications & Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (minimum).
Previous experience as a Merchandiser, preferably in FMCG or food products.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and handle fieldwork.
Good communication skills.
Valid driving license is preferred.
