The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all company products are properly displayed in retail stores, maintaining stock levels, and building strong relationships with store staff to maximize product visibility and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all products are properly displayed and aligned with company standards.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure timely replenishment.
Visit retail outlets regularly to check product availability, placement, and shelf condition.
Execute promotions, product launches, and marketing activities in assigned stores.
Collect market and competitor information (pricing, display, promotions).
Prepare daily/weekly reports and share feedback with the sales and marketing teams.
Build strong relationships with store managers and staff.
Maintain product freshness and ensure compliance with display and hygiene standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Merchandiser, preferably in the
food or FMCG industry
.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations.
Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, and email).
Valid driving license (preferred).
