About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and presentable Merchandiser to join our team and handle product merchandising in discount centres across Sharjah and the Northern Emirates. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales visibility, organized, and capable of maintaining strong relationships with store staff and management.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure products are properly displayed, priced, and stocked in all assigned outlets.
Implement merchandising plans and promotional displays as per company guidelines.
Monitor product shelf life and report any stock or display issues promptly.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure product availability and visibility.
Collect market insights and competitor activity reports from assigned stores.
Maintain cleanliness and brand image in display areas.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Merchandiser in FMCG or retail (preferably in discount centres).
Valid UAE driving license is a must.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Presentable, well-organized, and proactive.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple store visits daily.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is an advantage.
