- Start Date: Immediate
- Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, and employment matters.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support decision-making.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including vendor agreements, NDAs, service-level agreements, and employment contracts.
- Ensure contractual terms align with the company's objectives and legal requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) is required
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a legal counsel in an in-house role or in a law firm specializing in corporate legal, commercial and litigation matters.
- Experience in contract negotiation, dispute resolution, and compliance
